PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY


1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is drafted in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data, which Ekaterina Alexandrovna Bolshedvorova, TIN 16 571 0 608 900 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), may obtain about the User during the use of the website alga-tour.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).


By registering on the Website and/or using the Website, the User expresses their full consent to the terms of this Policy.

  • Distribution of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or making personal data available to an unlimited circle of persons, including publication in mass media, placement in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way.
  • Destruction of personal data — any actions that result in irreversible destruction of personal data without the possibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and/or destruction of physical media containing personal data.




3. SUBJECT OF THE POLICY

3.1. Use of the Website by the User constitutes consent to this Policy and the terms of processing the User’s personal data. Consent to this Policy constitutes the personal data subject’s consent to the processing of their personal data.

3.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of this Policy, the User must stop using the Website.

4.2. The User may refuse to receive informational messages by sending a request to the Operator’s Email with the note “Opt-out of notifications.”



5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1. The Operator has the right to receive accurate personal data from the User.


5.2. The Operator is obliged to:


  • Process personal data in accordance with Russian legislation;
  • Ensure the confidentiality of personal data and not disclose, sell, exchange, or otherwise publish personal data without the User’s prior written consent, except as provided in this Policy;
  • Use the information solely for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy;
  • Consider User inquiries regarding personal data and provide reasoned responses;
  • Take measures to update or destroy personal data upon the User’s justified request;
  • Organize protection of personal data in accordance with Russian legislation.



5.3. The User has the right to:


  • Obtain complete information about their personal data processed by the Operator;
  • Clarify, block, or destroy personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary for the stated purpose;
  • Revoke consent to personal data processing;
  • Take legal measures to protect their rights;
  • Exercise other rights provided by Russian law.



5.4. The User is obliged to provide only accurate data about themselves.



6. PROCEDURE FOR COLLECTION, STORAGE, TRANSFER, AND OTHER PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

6.1. Processing of personal data is carried out indefinitely by any legal means, including automated and non-automated systems.

6.2. Access to personal data is provided only to contractors and affiliated persons who need it to operate the Website and provide services under contracts.

6.3. Data security is ensured through legal, organizational, and technical measures required by Russian legislation.

6.4. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all measures to prevent unauthorized access.

6.5. The User may update personal data by sending a request with the note “Update personal data” to the Operator’s Email.

6.6. The Operator may archive and maintain personal data.

6.7. The User may revoke consent at any time by sending a request with the note “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing” to the Operator’s Email.

6.8. The Operator may transfer personal data to third parties:


  • With the User’s consent;
  • If necessary to use a service or fulfill a contract;
  • As required by Russian or other applicable law.




7. COOKIES

7.1. The Website collects:

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.2. The updated Policy comes into effect upon posting on the Website, unless stated otherwise.
